About Stefanie

What I offer isn't structured coaching or clinical healing. It's intuitive, heart-led, and guided by what the person in front of me actually needs in that moment.

I work as a mentor and shamanic energy practitioner. My sessions are a blend of grounded conversation and deep energetic work — unpacking patterns, emotions, and life situations with gentleness and awareness.

The energy side of what I do is rooted in Reiki, but it's evolved into something deeper and more shamanic. I work with the body, the nervous system, and stored emotions — allowing energy to move, release, and rebalance.

Sometimes I work with my crystal singing bowl or drum, if it feels aligned. Always, I hold space.
